The service once subscribed to by the applicant is not refundable & non-transferable and all amount(s) paid shall stand appropriated. In case of payment by Credit Card, no charge back shall be accepted by ‘Permanent Hiring’ In case of payment by cheques, We reserves the right to provide service after realization of the Cheque amount. In the event of the dishonor of the cheque, an additional cost by way of service cost of Rs. 150 shall become immediately payable and the applicant agrees to pay the same together with interest payable @ rate of 2% per month from the date the said payment fell due till date of its realization together with all costs related to its realization. No claim will be entertained for payments made to personal bank accounts in the name of refund.

The liability, if any, of ‘Permanent Hiring’ is limited to extent of the amount paid by the applicant.

All Disputes and Differences whatsoever arising out of or in relation to the contract or order of Service, a billing correction therewith or otherwise or breach thereof shall be referred for resolution to a competent person appointed by ‘Permanent Hiring’ at its sole discretion. The said Arbitration shall be conducted in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 together with all statutory amendments made thereto. The Award made in pursuance thereof shall be final and binding on all the parties. The seat and venue of Arbitration shall be New Delhi and shall be governed by the Applicable laws of India." These terms and conditions are subject to change with or without prior intimation. Service buyer is bound by all the terms & conditions mentioned on the ‘Permanent Hiring’ website. Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are not to be counted as working days.

These terms and conditions are subject to change with or without prior intimation. ‘Permanent Hiring’ endeavors to render service on schedule. However, We also reserves the right to decline, change or reschedule provision of any service not with standing the acceptance of the order by our representative or even if payment for the service has been collected by us. Procedure In any case a Customer requests for a refund for any reason he shall first mail to ‘Time Jobs’ explaining the reason for such refund. If any customer exerts any outside pressure for the realization of refund without following the procedure shall be liable to pay Rs 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lacs only) along with other damages whichever is more for the harassment/Defamation cause to the ‘Permanent Hiring’ Defaming/threat. No customer shall threat or attempt to threat ‘Permanent Hiring’ or any agent/employee etc in any course or capacity to lodge or attempt to lodge any civil or criminal complaint in any forum/court/tribunal in order to receive any monetary or any other favor. If any customer is found to do any such activity then ‘Permanent Hiring’ shall have the liberty to lodge appropriate criminal complaint against the same customer, also the same customer shall be liable to pay a compensation of Rs 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lacs only) along with other damages whichever is more.

Arbitration and Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or incidental to the terms & conditions and Privacy policy mentioned are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 [Indian Government Act] at Delhi before a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the ‘Permanent Hiring’. That the Courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain all dispute.
